Best Pizza I've Made

I made the best pizza I've ever made tonight. I started off with the Caulipower Cauliflower Pizza Crust. I slathered on a little bit of the Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce on the crust. Next, I added my seasoning which consisted of garlic powder, basil, oregano, red pepper, and a little bit of course Kosher salt. The next layer was the mozzarella cheese, which I filled to the edges. I happened to have a bell pepper in the fridge, so I diced up a little bit of it and spread that across the pie. Next, I wanted to use some of my onions and greens I had. So, I sautéed some greens, cut up onions, some bacon pieces with oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Once it was sautéed so the onions were soft, I spread that on the top of the pizza. The last thing I did was heat up some salami and then put that on top of the pizza. Then I tossed it in the oven for about 13 minutes.

Steps:

  1. Add your base marinara sauce to the crust
  2. Add your spices:
    • Basil
    • Oregano
    • Garlic Powder
    • Red Pepper
    • Course Kosher Salt
  3. Sauté the veggies
    • Bell peppers
    • Greens (spinach, lettuce, kale, power greens)
    • Onions
    • Course Kosher Salt
    • Oil
    • Balsamic Vinegar
  4. Sauté some salami
  5. Add the veggies and the salami to the pizza

Note: make sure you don't sauté the salami too much. The oven will cook it more. Just cook it enough to get the oil and the juice out of it.
